A: We will offer the best rates available during the time of your event. We will hold a block of villas up until 45 days prior to your event, at that time any rooms not used will be released for social reservations at no penalty to you.

A: Yes, Spring Tide Market is a convenience store located at the front of the Island. The market stocks milk, bread, eggs, basic groceries, as well as Spirits, Beer, and Wine.

A: No, we are a villa property. We have a selection of 1-3 bedroom villa properties, as well as 2-8 bedroom homes in our rental program.
